Un giapponese, il signor Hiroshi Nishizaki, 46 anni, è stato arrestato con l'accusa di danneggiamento di proprietà privata.
L'uomo, stando a quanto dichiarato dal vicino, ormai esausto per il modo di agire di Nishizaki, avrebbe rovesciato almeno 169 contenitori stracolmi della propria pipì sopra le pareti dell'abitazione.
Accusato dal vicino l'uomo avrebbe inizialmente negato l'addebito finché non è stato inchiodato da un filmato. Messo alle strette Nishizaki ha confessato: "Quell'abitazione mi soffoca e mi toglie la visuale".
Il giudice lo ha condannato al carcere e al pagamento di 650mila yen, equivalenti a circa 4mila euro.
